I’ve been repairing iPhone screens for friends and family for years. Traditionally I’ve found replacing the screen of iPhone 8 and earlier phones to take about an hour to replace. It was much easier to replace the OLED screen of my own iPhone XS. I’d recommend following the guide on iFixit.com.
I’m really happy with the quality, clarity, brightness and colour of this replacement OLED screen.
