Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to many customers across New Zealand, offering tailored rates, where possible, so you get competitive shipping prices. This ensures that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We don't currently offer delivery to other countries, but it is in the pipeline. We'll keep you posted here!
Once you reach the shipping options page during checkout, our system will narrow down your choices based on the address you type in. We have insurance on all our parcels so if you have an issue with delivery, make sure you get in touch with us as soon as possible.
NZ Shipping (Authority to Leave)
This option is available for both metro and rural addresses, if you select this option it means the courier will deliver to your address and may leave the parcel in your letterbox, on your doorstep or any other place that is appropriate to leave the parcel. Please note, while it is convenient to have the parcel left on your property, the parcel insurance only covers transit of the item and ends when the courier has left the parcel on the property. If anything happens to your parcel after this, this will be your responsibility.
NZ Shipping with Signature
This option is also available for both metro and rural addresses. If you select this option, it means the courier will deliver to someone on your property and collect your signature/name. The parcel insurance covers transit of the item up until someone at the address has accepted the goods and signed for it (or left a name). Please check the parcel when you have received it and sign for it once you're satisfied with the state of the goods.
This option is only available for Metro areas. If you select this option, it means the courier will deliver the parcel either on Saturday or before if available. To get a Saturday delivery, you must live in a Metro area (Non-Rural), purchase and pay for your items before midday on friday (not available on statutory days) and select the Saturday delivery option. If you've paid for Saturday but your item does not arrive, please get in touch with us.
If your cart value hits $99 or over, shipping will be free to any address in New Zealand (Rural or non-rural). We always use Signature deliveries for free shipping to make sure the goods are covered until they get into your hands. If you don't want signature delivery for your order, please leave a note in the shipping details.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our inventory account and our packaging team will package the products from there. We package every morning until the courier arrives; the courier pickup time is between 1:30-3pm. This means most of our products are shipped out within 24 hours of the order, sometimes even on the same day if you order before midday!
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. We use CourierPost for the majority of our shipping. For Non-Rural postage, we use an Overnight Courier meaning the items will be delivered the day after the courier picks them up. Rural or RD deliveries may take an extra 1-2 days. For larger items such as iPad screens and Macbook screens, the delivery time is 1-2 days (an extra 1-2 days for Rural or RD locations). South Island deliveries can take an extra day.
Once the item has been packaged and the courier has been booked, you will be sent an invoice along with your tracking number link to keep you updated of where your package is at all times.
